Richard "Skip" White Joins Martin's Point as General Manager, Employer and Provider Partnerships
Richard “Skip” White has joined Martin’s Point Health Care as General Manager, Employer and Provider Partnerships. Skip comes to Martin’s Point from Cigna Healthcare New England, based in Portland. At Cigna, he most recently served as Assistant Vice President, responsible for provider contracting and service for the six-state New England region. Previous roles included General Manager for Cigna Healthcare of Maine, as well as co-founder and CEO of Healthsource Maine. Skip retired from the Navy as a Commander in 1992. He received his MBA from Boston University and a National HMO Management Fellowship from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. At Martin’s Point, Skip will lead efforts to serve the employer market.
