When I needed to see a specialist out of the area, I got a personal phone call from the offices in Maine letting me know my referral had been approved. My primary care doctor was impressed they had accommodated me so graciously. I am so thankful for that, words cannot describe. I am so glad we switched to US Family Health Plan.
